Millstream Construction reached out to DXM Design Works seeking help repairing a rotary brush cutter idler wheel that was damaged during routine use. DXM Design Works evaluated the failure and developed a plan to repair the damaged part due to the high cost of replacement with a new OEM part. DXM performed the repair in-house while meeting the customer’s budget and timeline needs.
