Electron Technologies Corporation approached DXM Design Works in search of completing the modification and installation of a critical piece of automation equipment for their manufacturing process. The ‘payout’ and ‘take-up’ for Electron Technologies’ spool management system was narrowed by DXM to improve the weight capacity of the device. The automation, electronic uninstallation, and reinstallation were handled by DXM, as well as all cutting, welding, painting, reassembly, and delivery. DXM is now working with Electron Technologies to complete the installation of the automated equipment on their manufacturing line and programming process recipes.
