A Doosan Bobcat Master Technician reached out to DXM Design Works to design a custom tool to improve the efficiency of repairing a commonly serviced piece of equipment. DXM worked with the technician to identify the constraints and important considerations for the design of the tool. Once the design was completed, DXM manufactured the component from start to finish, exceeding the customer’s expectations with delivery ahead of schedule and on budget.
