Ow&Co Golf approached DXM Design Works with a desire to improve the accuracy and repeatability of their putter welding process. After several conversations discussing details such as required adjustment range, different product SKUs that need to be accommodated, and accuracy goals, we designed and built a highly effective fixture for them. The design features several degrees of adjustment for loft and lie angle as well as easy repositioning for different head and neck shapes and sizes. All mounting interfaces are either plastic or Aluminum to prevent marring the surface finish of the putter components. It was manufactured completely in-house at DXM Design Works. It works beautifully and is a significant improvement over their previous process!
